    Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental  

Our Luxurious Dolphin Splendor Villa is a two-storey, fully air-conditioned, four bedroom Villa with  vaulted ceiling and an open plan eight seating formal dining and family room.  It is very spacious and elegant.  The decor throughout the Villa is vibrant and luxurious.  The second family room overlooks the pool and it is equipped with a large screen satellite TV, a DVD, collection of movies on DVD, wireless internet access and an audio system for your entertainment.   Casual dining in the breakfast nook features a high chair for your young travelers in a fully equipped kitchen.

The main floor has the Dolphin Splendor King Suite. This master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious  wardrobe, Satellite TV and an en-suite bath. There is also a separate utility/laundry room as well as a games room that is equipped with a ceiling fan, foosball, TV, Pool Table and X-Box 360.  For your added convenience an extra half bath is also located on the main floor. Step up to the upper level where three spacious and fully furnished bedrooms await you. This floor has its own full bath.  The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds each decorated with Disney Princess and Spiderman.  There are satellite TV in all of the bedrooms as well as a PS2 console with games.

The  rear of our Villa overlooks conservation woodlands with a view of a natural pond.  This seclusion provides privacy while swimming in your splendor pool with color changing LCD lights or relaxing on the deck which is fully furnished with luxury pool furniture. The pool and the pool deck area are enclosed with a mesh that allows the sun to shine through while at the same time keeping the bugs out.  There is also a BBQ Grill for your convenience.

The magnificent Dolphin Splendor vacation Villa is located on a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac in a tranquil location within the prestigious Lindfields Estate about one mile off US Hwy 192 and US 27 and about 3 miles from most of Disney's attractions. Nearby Blacklake and Sherbert Roads provide excellent, time-saving shortcuts to Disney attractions. There is an array of superb local restaurants providing a wide selection of international cuisines. Lindfields is a sub division that is well maintained with familiar street names such as Piccadilly, Kensington and Wellington.  It is the most popular vacation choice for travelers from the UK because of its seclusion, tranquility and ideal location.

If Golf is your favorite sport you must visit the spectacular Orange Lake Country Club that is close to the entrance of Lindfields.  It offers four challenging courses that will take your game to a whole new level with rolling greens and gorgeous fairways all your own.  There are also lots of top quality courses within a short drive of the Villa. Guests staying at the Dolphin Splendor Villa are also approximately 10 minutes from Lake Louisa Fishing and Camping Sites and about an hour from the Gulf Coast, Clearwater, Tampa, Daytona etc. Miami, Fort Myers, the Everglades, West Palm Beach and Cape Coral can be reached in about 3-4 hours driving time. Check the local tourism board for the many other attractions nearby, various shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls and gas stations.   If you intend to travel by air to Florida, The Dolphin Splendor Villa is approximately one half hour from Orlando International Airport (airport code:MCO).

A villa to be proud of, August 25, 2008

This villa is truly splendid as the name suggests. Spacious, clean, well-appointed, cool, beautifully decorated and welcoming to come back to after a long hot day. We are a family of four so we only needed to use half the villa. The formal dining table was so well set that we ate our meals at the breakfast nook so as not to spoil it! It made a great impression as you walked through the door. Bibi couldn't have been more helpful, always returning e-mails promptly. Thank you Bibi for making our stay at your villa one to remember and treasure for a long time to come. We would most certainly recommend you and your villas to friends, family and acquaintances.

Dolphin Slendor was more than we ever expected. The first impression was a lasting impression. When we opened the front door for the first time, we felt at home. There was so much to take in, but the one of the first things we saw was a beautifully set dinning room table with a bottle of wine that seemed to say 'Welcome my friend'. The rooms were spacious with great themed decor. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the games and activities in the playroom/garage. Disney Parks were just a blink away and it was wonderful to come home where we could relax and refresh. I can't imagine that people staying in any of the on-site hotels had better accommodations than we did at Dolphin Splendor. Bibi was more than gracious and was terrific with fast responses to emails and other inquiries. Don't look any further than Dolphin Slendor if you are looking for a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider this our #1 choice for future trips to Orlando. Thanks Bibi!
